We design and manufacture Tuff Monkey Equipment™ products to outperform all other sandbag products available. We warranty our products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship.

We offer a 30-day money back return on all unused product, with a full 12-month warranty for exchange or repair only due to manufacturer defect. Items that have been worn, washed or obviously abused will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or other causes which are not defects in materials and workmanship. No repairs or exchanges on bags that are overfilled, used inappropriately, or filled with alternative substances. Only use and fill "play sand" in the product liner that is provided with your Tuff Monkey Equipment outer handle shell.

Write a detailed note on your invoice or receipt of purchase explaining your return preferences (refund or exchange) and why you are returning the item. Once we receive your package, we will make the necessary corrections, your return/repair/exchange will be completed and processed within 14 to 30 days.

All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. Allow 5-7 days for return shipping. We reserve the right to decide whether the product should be repaired or replaced. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. You must include a return address on any package sent to Tuff Monkey Equipment LLC. Any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will not be processed and Tuff Monkey Equipment LLC will not replace the contents of the package.

SHIPPING PROCESS

All online orders are shipped 3 Day UPS.  Domestic shipments are estimated to take 3-5 Business days to be delivered.  International shipments are shipped FedEx international rate and are estimated to take up to 6-10 days to be delivered. Once the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation of your order with tracking information to your email supplied.
